Sources of pride
-Being named one of Business Insider’s top 20 innovative career coaches of 2020.
-Maintaining the same level of revenue throughout a pandemic year — and with a cross country move right as COVID hit.
-The number of clients and positive reviews that I’ve had over the last year.
Sources of anxiety
-My to do list… feeling like I’m always behind on things and not able to keep up with the day to day hamster wheel to-do’s for clients but then also the longer term strategy and planning I have to make time for.
-What happens if I suddenly really don’t want to do my coaching work anymore?! What will I do?! No one will hire me for anything…
-Setting boundaries… am I doing it enough/ am I doing it well or right/ am I disappointing people when I set boundaries?
